Ritz Carlton co-founder joins Frontline Summit 2020 as keynote speaker

Frontline work has never been more important and frontline workers are the largest class of workers on the planet, as well as the most impactful group on the experience customers get.

However, average staff turnover rates of 80-150 per cent tell us that frontline workers often feel underappreciated and underestimated.

The Global Frontline Experience Summit a is bringing together leaders from people-powered businesses committed to making frontline work awesome.

At Frontline Summit, leaders from Massage Envy, Fitness & Lifestyle Group, BurnCycle, and more than 30 other customer-obsessed service businesses will be sharing frontline stories, practices, and playbooks that they are using to win with customer experience.

Hospitality veteran and Ritz Carlton co-founder, Horst Schulze, who brings more than 65 years’ experience to the table has been announced as a keynote, along with the co-creator of the Net Promoter Score framework, Richard Owen.

Attendees will have the chance to hear from and virtually network with customer experience professionals and frontline leaders about how they’re approaching common challenges such as driving consistent delivery of experience at scale, attracting and retaining top frontline talent, and connecting the frontline to the bottom line.

The virtual Frontline Experience Summit will be held on 12 November between 8AM-4PM (PST), the event is free to attend and designed for senior marketing, operations, customer experience, and HR leaders.

Following the event, all registrants will have on-demand access to the event’s content.
